- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went into the UPS store #4070 in Surprise, AZ on 07/03/17 at 5:25pm when a gentleman walked in with a package and told the woman behind the counter that he had received someone else's package. The woman said that there was nothing she could do about it and the gentleman asked if he could just leave it there as it is not his package. The woman said again that there was nothing she could do with the package and the man asked again "well, what should I do with it?" The woman said that she didn't care what he did with the package and that he could throw it away for all she cares. There are many different ways this individual could have handled this situation as she appeared to be the one in charge at the time. I will not be using UPS for my shipping needs going forward.By Bobby Gene, September 04, 2017
