- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst Wells Fargo in Surprise. Some of the employees there think they are some top notch stuff. I don't like getting bad customer service. So I go to the Wells Fargo on Grand Ave where the employees actually like to work and care about there customers. And I do live by this one. But not worth my time if I really have to go to this branch I just go to the ATM.By Nia Williams, May 08, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Lady working the drive thu on 11-18-16 around noon was very rude. She shook her head at me for taking 4 small deposits through the drive thru. She took care of 2-3 customers that pulled up after me while she made me wait till a different employee came to the window to scold me for bringing these deposits through the window.
