- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆There is an EXTREME lack of customer service at this location!!! There are 2 reps, Alex and Rodrigo, who are the most helpful and always present great customer service - they are the reason why this US Bank location is receiving the one star from me! If not for them, and if it was possible, this location would receive zero stars. The worst rep is Karen! Very ugly attitude, seriously cannot count unless given a calculator. We're talking basic, elementary school math on multiple occasions. Not to mention, there have been multiple times where I've been in line with 4 people behind me, while there are 2-3 reps behind the counter discussing breaks & vacations. It does not matter to them that there are merchants or regular customer account holders in line. For the most part, there is no care given to please ANY customer who enters this banking location.By Anonymous Soumynona, April 09, 2017
