- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I am writing a review, because I was in this store earlier Friday and wanted to return, to show my husband a piece..so I googled them to get their hours….I was APPALLED to see a negative review..and nasty remarks that good reviews are from family etc! I have referred many friends here. I have been a customer for over 10 years! They are absolutely the best jewelry store I have ever been in. The owner has designed and made me beautiful pieces. I have had many repairs including re-sizing. I have always been totally satisfied, they go way above and beyond!! They are so knowledgeable, and treat me with professionalism and respect. They are kind, competent and friendly. Try finding that, along with the lost art of “customer service” in the mall !! Social media takes away any filter it is ridiculous what people can post online with no recourse. Thank you Eddie and family for your continued wonderful service, and don’t let people like the “cowards” post things that are just not true, get to you! You guys are simply the best !!
