  If I had an option of give no star, I would have....This location is the worse for service. They always have one or two max employees behind the teller line. Doesn't matter what time you go in.. I tried going in 11am,12pm,1pm,2pm and today I went in at 3pm two tellers and 13 customers in front of you. Unfortunately I had to go there just cause its closer to my job but every time I've been there I spend my hour lunch at the bank... I personally don't bank at bank of America and since it is a business account I have to see a teller. This was one of the reasons why I closed my personal accounts at Bank of America.... They are the worse. After speaking with the manager, he didn't even apologize instead he said we had one person on lunch... While he was sitting in the back room with another banker... I worked in bank for 9 years and moved my way up from teller to personal banker to supervisor and also a brank manager and when I noticed my teller line getting long, I opened a drawer and helped my staff... Don't bank here...
