  First, I really thought it exceptional that the prices for different ways of shipping were sent to me. That saved time by having all the information in front of me. Secondly, when the shipment turned out to be way more expensive than what I had anticipated, they worked with me to figure out a way to get these large items to work. I was given options to my problem that I created by being naive and just not thinking it through. All worked out satisfactorily and I couldn't be happier with the customer service Brandon gave me. Oh, by the way, I'm not fake as another reviewer said all good reviews were. I give good reviews for good customer service and I give reviews that will help with re-training employees and will try them again, when I receive not so good customer service. I'm always sorry to see or hear about bad customer service because to me, that makes or breaks a business. But I truly received excellent customer service here.

  For the most part they packaged the items well. However they just threw one of my glass ornaments in the box with no padding or bubble wrap or anything. An obvious glass item that arrived completely shattered in the box. When I'm paying for someone to package my item I expect them to use packing materials. Besides that the other items were fine but I did cut myself on the broken pieces.
